Fox Valley/Chicago Citywide Transformation Event - Friday, June 5th at 7 PM @ FONA International Auditorium 1900 Averill Road, Geneva, IL “Hastening the day of the Lord” (2 Peter 3:12) This Citywide Transformation Event -is designed to lift up Jesus Christ as a banner over the Chicago/Fox Valley Area through unified prayer, testimony, cinema, and worship. Citywide Transformation is sparked as we come together in agreement corporately as the Body of Christ in worship and prayer. (Psalm 133) The focus of this event is glorifying Jesus, hearing His voice, expanding His Kingdom, and seeing the existing citywide House of Prayer more fully established. The following are points of emphasis:*Prayer for Chicago/Fox Valley to see the Lord establish a greater Citywide move of His Holy Spirit. “As you (the Father) and I (Jesus) are one so they (the Body of Christ) would be one.” John 17: 22 “My purpose it that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love.” Col. 2:2 * Extended time of praise and worship seeking God’s face and His heart for Chicago/Fox Valley area * A Film presentation of God’s transforming power in communities of Eastern Europe, China and Africa (Jer. 29:7) * Empowering believers with confidence and motivation that will propel them into their God-given destinies in all areas of ministry, especially business The Holy Spirit is stirring, awakening and inviting young adults worldwide to engage with Him through prayer, worship and fasting, leading to radical lifestyles in preparation for the Lord’s return. We have a unique responsibility to equip the next generation to take their place of leadership in the coming days ahead. Our prayer is that college and high school students will participate in this event and the ensuing citywide events. The calling is for everyone. God's desire is to connect ALL generations as we worship and intercede in agreement with God’s promises. (Malachi 4:6) Your participation is essential. The root of all prayer is interior silence. Though we think of prayer as thoughts or feelings expressed in words, this is only one expression. Contemplative Prayer is a prayer of silence, an experience of God’s presence as the ground in which our being is rooted, the Source from whom our life emerges at every moment.
